This property should be a 5 star property. Their service, attention to detail, concierge help, plush accommodations - especially for an historic older property (they have maintained it very well) - exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay - luxury property in a perfect location

Beautiful, nice,clean, tidy, vary good service,nice location but its breakfast is expensive €32 per person per day specially there are a lot of compilation

5* service and Hotel was fantastic.

This is a great Hotel. It is currently covered in scaffolding which was initially disappointing. There was no building work happening whilst we were there because of the Feria but it would be worth checking before booking. That said, everything else was spot on, can’t fault it. Lovely room, food, service and facilities. Would definitely stay again.

Pool is small with only a handful of chairs

Fantastic location for the old town and centre of Malaga. Rooms are a really good size. Breakfast is top quality. Staff are all really helpful and attentive. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Malaga.

A beautiful hotel in a great location. A perfect place to stay for some quiet luxury while exploring Malaga. Our room was lovely - spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable and conveniently close to the rooftop pool and bar when we wanted to relax. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back again.

Hotel has an excellent central location + is well appointed House keeping is of a high standard Very disappointed with the lack of clarity regarding room refreshments- complimentary nuts in jars left on arrival - seemed a nice touch. When these were then topped up we were stung with a ' Mini Bar ' bill for 42 euros on checking out Both an excessive amount for the snack + definitely not made clear We found some of the Reception staff to be cold and abrupt in their manner

I absolutely loved this hotel! Everything about it- from the property, to the rooms, amenities and staff! Arturo was especially wonderful showcasing excellent customer service! He was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! We are definitely returning to Malaga and will be staying here again!
