Everything was absolutely perfect. I was a bit surprised by the access to the room, as it was located through a small, dimly lit street. However, it was acceptable, as the room rates were very affordable for travelers. I highly recommend this hotel. Hopefully, it will continue to be maintained.

We enjoyed our stay here at your hotel. The room was spacious, they clean the room everyday dan free water to drink. The food for breakfast was super!! Thank you, Grand Mandala Hotel. Will definitely come back.

Hopefully the standard room can be better, including the air conditioning and the damp and smelly room, can be looked into again for this, it has been informed to the reception but it was not confirmed.

The room does not match the photo. We were given a standard room even though we paid for a room type above standard. The reason the staff gave was that the room had been given to someone else. It smelled of urine.
