The location is very strategic, close to the mall and culinary area. The room is very spacious, but there is a smell of cigarette smoke, even though I asked for a non-smoking room. It may have penetrated from other rooms. A thermos, coffee, and tea are provided. There is also a coffee machine from Rumah Koffie, but the coffee capsules provided are already broken. It should be checked again, if it is damaged, it should be replaced to prevent contamination/dirt. The room phone also has a buzzing sound that is quite annoying, even though it is not in use. I have checked that it is closed properly and the volume has been turned down but it still buzzes. It is still okay for a staycation. The breakfast is also delicious and has a lot of variety.

Check in and check out is fast and hassle-free, the staff is friendly, the room is okay and clean.. close to texting.. good for taking photos. Bring your parents, they will definitely be happy to take photos, haha.. the only thing I lack is the TV. If it can be upgraded to a smart TV, it will definitely be even better.. so you can watch Netflix, etc.. breakfast in my opinion is very lacking in terms of taste and variety..

The hotel wasn’t cheap for 4 stars hotel in Gading serpong.. so i was expecting more.. at least standard. 1. The staff saw me with my luggage, even scan my bag but didnt pointed me where the hotel entrance is, instead just letting me walk around and figuring out the entrance by myself 2. Lift was very confusing, its like office, also had to take diff lift to breakfast resto and spa… which is very full and hard to catch since its the same lift for parking and maybe access to ballroom 3. They have 3 check in counter, but only 2 was opened, during busy hour had to wait just to check in 4. The kettle pot was dirtyyy, idk why the water turn into greenish gray color 🤮 good thing we saw it before we ingest it 5. The body wash pump… first pump and its broken alrdy 🙃 Im not coming back, sorry
