The room concept is comfortable despite its small size, but unfortunately, it's not soundproof at all. There was a lot of illegal racing at dawn, dust on the headboards, and mosquitoes throughout the stay. The staff was friendly. The food was lacking in taste and variety.

The location is strategic because it is on the edge of the city center so it is easy to find anything. The service is okay actually, only one thing is missing, I asked for a king size bed and got a twin. The king size was empty, the non-smoking one had been left, but it was not made into a twin bed as promised. But giving birthday greetings and a cake for my child was also very good. Because I was really on the spur of the moment information. The facilities and comfort of the room were really good. Clean, complete, and completely soundproof. In fact, bringing two toddlers to the inn is quite a challenge because there will definitely be noise. If it is not soundproof, it is a shame that others are afraid of being disturbed and we guests also feel uncomfortable because it disturbs. It's just a shame, the electric kettle in my room leaked slowly and was not noticed. The food was great. Delicious and varied.

Staying at Hotel Episode BSD was truly satisfying! 🤍 The hotel is cool, unique, and has an antique concept, so you can really feel the luxurious vibes but still comfortable. The room is spacious, clean, and I even got a free room upgrade. I was so happy! Thank you so much to Kak Devy who has been helpful and provided the best service. Got a surprise in the form of a mirror painting with my name, plus a very sweet welcome cake. It really made the experience of staying more special and memorable. Overall, it was really fun! Recommended for those who want to staycation in BSD. Will definitely come back again. ✨

The hotel is quite new with good facilities. Food and breakfast at the restaurant are great. The staff are friendly and helpful; I enjoyed conversations with them. However, a big negative is there's loud music coming from a neighboring building, even at 2-3 AM every night. How is this possible, especially when the hotel states it values guests' comfort and strives to make it a preferred destination? Also, it is quite isolated, far from restaurants and malls. There are some cafes opposite, but there's no safe pedestrian crossing, so you can't really explore the surrounding.

It was a great experience. I loved the atmosphere and the vibe of this hotel. Although the swimming pool is not very large, it makes up for it with the beautiful scenery. The breakfast was amazing, and the room was clean and spacious. I booked the Family Suite for 4 adults, and it was still comfortable with 3 beds. The rate on the app was also cheaper than on other booking platforms.

I stayed in a family room. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I recommend staying here with my family. It's a shame the TV doesn't support Netflix, but you can still connect it using a mirror screen from your phone. Thank you to all the friendly staff.
