The room was leaking, and I had to make a complaint before I was provided with a new room. As a gesture of goodwill, I was given a complimentary amenity, which was a cake. However, I do not eat sweets, so the amenity was unfortunately not suitable for me. The pump dispenser for the conditioner was not functioning properly, so I had to switch between different dispensers during my bath, which was inconvenient. The telephone in the room was not working, which made it difficult for me to request a bowl and cutlery for my dinner. As a result, I had to eat my meal directly from the takeaway container.

Overall, it's okay. The only downside is that the TV isn't a smart TV, which makes it less fun because you can't access Netflix or watch whatever you want. The refrigerator isn't cold. The conditioner bottle in room 2223 didn't come out and needed to be replaced. There's no debit/QRIS deposit option, which should be available in this modern era.

The room concept is comfortable despite its small size, but unfortunately, it's not soundproof at all. There was a lot of illegal racing at dawn, dust on the headboards, and mosquitoes throughout the stay. The staff was friendly. The food was lacking in taste and variety.
