I had a very bad experience staying at this hotel. My anniversary surprise plans were completely ruined due to the hotel's poor coordination, lack of professionalism, and a violation of privacy. I requested room decorations for my anniversary surprise, but upon entering, the staff were still decorating. Even though I checked in at 2:00 PM, as per the hotel's regulations, I had to wait until around 3:00 PM. This was clearly a huge loss for me as a guest who had already paid in full for the room.

The hospitality and hotel facilities were excellent. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the breakfast, as it did not meet my expectations considering the hotel’s price range. The waitress also seemed rather unfriendly and the service was less attentive than expected, which made the breakfast experience less enjoyable.

It was quite good, except the in-room telephone didn't work properly. Breakfast was good, but the service was a bit chaotic, with no prompt refills. Fruit was out of stock despite requests, porridge was out of stock, and some tables hadn't been cleaned even though it was still within breakfast hours.

Overall, my stay at Episode Gading Serpong was very enjoyable. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was varied and delicious, the staff was very friendly, the facilities were plentiful, and the location was great. There were a few minor inconveniences: 1. Breakfast was a bit of a hassle, as you had to use the elevator to get from your room. 2. The room was quite noisy because it was close to the main road, and there was also a noise like cables being hit by the wind. 3. I also felt the position of the bathroom shower door needed improvement, as every time I showered, the water poured out of the glass door, soaking the dry areas.

However, I do not eat sweets, so the amenity was unfortunately not suitable for me. The pump dispenser for the conditioner was not functioning properly, so I had to switch between different dispensers during my bath, which was inconvenient. The telephone in the room was not working, which made it difficult for me to request a bowl and cutlery for my dinner. As a result, I had to eat my meal directly from the takeaway container.
