Overall, it's okay. The only downside is that the TV isn't a smart TV, which makes it less fun because you can't access Netflix or watch whatever you want. The refrigerator isn't cold. The conditioner bottle in room 2223 didn't come out and needed to be replaced. There's no debit/QRIS deposit option, which should be available in this modern era.

The room concept is comfortable despite its small size, but unfortunately, it's not soundproof at all. There was a lot of illegal racing at dawn, dust on the headboards, and mosquitoes throughout the stay. The staff was friendly. The food was lacking in taste and variety.

The location is strategic because it is on the edge of the city center so it is easy to find anything. The service is okay actually, only one thing is missing, I asked for a king size bed and got a twin. The king size was empty, the non-smoking one had been left, but it was not made into a twin bed as promised. But giving birthday greetings and a cake for my child was also very good. Because I was really on the spur of the moment information. The facilities and comfort of the room were really good. Clean, complete, and completely soundproof. In fact, bringing two toddlers to the inn is quite a challenge because there will definitely be noise. If it is not soundproof, it is a shame that others are afraid of being disturbed and we guests also feel uncomfortable because it disturbs. It's just a shame, the electric kettle in my room leaked slowly and was not noticed. The food was great. Delicious and varied.

Staying at Hotel Episode BSD was truly satisfying! 🤍 The hotel is cool, unique, and has an antique concept, so you can really feel the luxurious vibes but still comfortable. The room is spacious, clean, and I even got a free room upgrade. I was so happy! Thank you so much to Kak Devy who has been helpful and provided the best service. Got a surprise in the form of a mirror painting with my name, plus a very sweet welcome cake. It really made the experience of staying more special and memorable. Overall, it was really fun! Had a very pleasant stay here. Staffs are very friendly and accommodate my request very well. The room is very clean, the bathroom as well. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of food selections. Definitely recommended for staycation.
