My family stayed here for 2 nights, everything was fine. The staff was friendly, enthusiastic in supporting guests, the room was clean, fully equipped, with a washing machine, stove, rice cooker, microwave. The TV had Netflix available 🙂 Convenient location, walking distance to West Lake, lots of cafes and restaurants on the lake road. The road in front of the house has many trees, the air is pleasant, next to it is a convenient rice and roast duck noodle shop. Around there are cafes, pharmacies and mini marts. The accommodation has a motorbike rental service but you need to contact in advance, I went during the holidays so there were no motorbikes. I will come back if I have the chance ☺️

I have never seen a hotel with such good service as here. The staff are polite, kind, and enthusiastic. Next time I come to Hanoi, I will continue to rent here.

My family went with the baby. It felt like home. The living room space has a wooden floor, my baby loves crawling. There is a kitchen and enough bowls and chopsticks for the family to eat when we couldn't order food due to the storm, all the shippers were closed.

I booked 3 times here, the service, price, and amenities were very good. The receptionists upgraded my room for free twice to experience it. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils. 100 VND for this wonderful experience

The staff is very friendly. I checked in quite late due to a delayed flight. The staff named Michael was still happy to help me check in and introduce the functions in the room. Although the soundproofing here is not good, luckily the time I was here the other passengers were not too noisy. The room service is very spacious, comfortable and clean. A bit far from the old town but walking to West Lake is quite chill and there are many iced tea cafes. +1 place that travelers should stay when coming to Hanoi

The second time I came here, I found the room was still as new as the first time, but my girlfriend complained about the service here :v for me it's okay but my girlfriend wanted conditioner when showering because the Dao Tan branch has conditioner =)) and also the lack of comb and scissors made my girlfriend very angry =)) I was happy but I hope next time you guys will take a little more care. The location does not have anything even though it's a walking distance from Tây Hồ. It's pricey, I must add. Comparing to hotels at Đà Nẵng or Nha Trang. I guess, it's Hà Nội. Overall, we are pleased with the hospitality and staying of the Hotel.
