The apartment is very beautiful, everything is new, the staff is enthusiastic and cute, the TV has nexfix, the apartment is cleaned every day, it feels like home here, so everything is very convenient, everyone 🤣 I have free time here to take out my clothes and wash them all, so when I go out and come home I have clean clothes 🤣 I find it both nice and more convenient than staying in a hotel, the location is in a place with many amenities such as grocery, breakfast, cafe. There are 5 or 6 restaurants next to Lun, there is also a spa in Qanh, in general, if there are 10 stars, I would rate them all 10 stars, you should try staying, thank you Vna for being a guest for me to have a wonderful experience. great 😘

My family stayed here for 2 nights, everything was fine. The staff was friendly, enthusiastic in supporting guests, the room was clean, fully equipped, with a washing machine, stove, rice cooker, microwave. The TV had Netflix available 🙂 Convenient location, walking distance to West Lake, lots of cafes and restaurants on the lake road. The road in front of the house has many trees, the air is pleasant, next to it is a convenient rice and roast duck noodle shop. Around there are cafes, pharmacies and mini marts. The accommodation has a motorbike rental service but you need to contact in advance, I went during the holidays so there were no motorbikes. I will come back if I have the chance ☺️

My family went with the baby. It felt like home. The living room space has a wooden floor, my baby loves crawling. There is a kitchen and enough bowls and chopsticks for the family to eat when we couldn't order food due to the storm, all the shippers were closed.

I booked 3 times here, the service, price, and amenities were very good. The receptionists upgraded my room for free twice to experience it. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils. 100 VND for this wonderful experience

The staff is very friendly. I checked in quite late due to a delayed flight. The staff named Michael was still happy to help me check in and introduce the functions in the room. Although the soundproofing here is not good, luckily the time I was here the other passengers were not too noisy. The room service is very spacious, comfortable and clean. A bit far from the old town but walking to West Lake is quite chill and there are many iced tea cafes. +1 place that travelers should stay when coming to Hanoi

The second time I came here, I found the room was still as new as the first time, but my girlfriend complained about the service here :v for me it's okay but my girlfriend wanted conditioner when showering because the Dao Tan branch has conditioner =)) and also the lack of comb and scissors made my girlfriend very angry =)) I was happy but I hope next time you guys will take a little more care. The location does not have anything even though it's a walking distance from Tây Hồ. It's pricy I must add. Comparing to hotel at Đà andẵng or Nha Trang. I guess, it's Hà andộI. Over all, we are please with the hospitality and staying of the Hotel.

Staff are nice and can speak English. Apartment style room with kitchen and dining area. Washing machine available but can't dry. Kitchen with cooking and eating utensils. Refrigerator and microwave can also be used. For eating out near the location, there are not many and they close early. You can walk out to the highway for a place to eat that is open until night with quite a lot of options. There is a gym on the 1st floor and can be used by guests. The location is close to the West Lake area and quite close to the airport, about 35 minutes by Grab or taxi. Make sure the Grab application is connected to a debit or credit card for direct bookings in Vietnam. Usually it is cheaper to use Grab than local taxis. And also safer. For taxis, make sure to use a trusted provider with a taxi meter. In Vietnam, you can directly buy a SIM card or e-sim with 4G or 5G. Buy from a trusted provider such as Viettel for wide coverage in Vietnam. SIM cards can come to the Viettel outlet directly by bringing your passport and cash only for payment. 30 days of Viettel network access is around 135,000VND 4G network with a limit of 1.5GB per day.
