When booking a hotel, this is the worst disappointment, where check out is at 12, here it's at 11 and you have to keep your ID card.

It's actually quite nice here, I've stayed here several times every time I've been to Jakarta. But this time there's only one amenity: the wifi is really slow and the AC isn't cold enough. Otherwise, it's safe, comfortable, and clean.

The accommodation is comfortable, clean, very suitable for those who want to rent a daily room.

It is always a great experience to stay at Paragon, cozy, homey, and a very recommended place to stay.

One of the best hotels in town! I've stayed here twice. The room comfort is excellent. The room is very comfortable, the AC is cold, the atmosphere is very homey and cozy with a simple industrial theme. The lighting is great, making for a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly. There are only two drawbacks: 1. It's located right next to the train tracks (for me, I can tolerate that). 2. The towels are all worn out. It would be better to replace all the towels provided for guests with new ones.

Comfortable and clean room, highly recommended

In this kind of situation, it is not appropriate to keep a guest’s ID during their stay. It is enough to ask guests to present it upon arrival. You should tell your management to change this policy, because there is no guarantee that our IDs are kept safe or not misused. Another issue is the checkout time. Checking out at 11 is far too early. Someone even knocked on our door before checkout time as a reminder, like seriously? I travel a lot, and in most hotels the checkout time is 12. Please review your "old school policy".

The room is next to the train tracks so you can't rest because of the noise of the train passing by.

It's really cool to be able to get something like this in the middle of the city.

The AC happened to be hot, even though it was 16 degrees. Room number 74. I just couldn't be bothered to move because I happened to have a lot of stuff. The staff was friendly. The price was reasonable.

Actually the room was comfortable, but when I stayed in the room I was given, it was right next to the tracks, so it was noisy. I heard the train at 5 in the morning and woke up because the train passed every 10 minutes.
