Love Arty hotel. Only one thing to be aware of is there isn’t any storage for your clothes. However rooms are lovely

We had a nice stay in one of the arts rooms. The hotel is quite whimsical and has an amazing breakfast buffet that was included in the fare. We loved the location. It was convenient and had everything we wanted nearby.

It is a unique, quirky place to stay. Safe area to walk about alone at night

Stay away from this place. “Overbooked” seems to be “normal” for this hotel, then you have to stay with someone else in a room…

The worst experience ever! Never ever again and strong recommendation for everyone to avoid this place. We had team event. All the rooms was pre-paid, but upon arrival for 3 people there was no place to stay, so one person was redirected to another hotel. 2 other had to stay in one room. Just because “the hotel was overbooked”. Never ever again!!!

Unusual Hotel. Art based. No Restaurant. Breakfast available. Snacks, liquor, and a reading book selection. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Rooms are small but modern, clean and interesting, artwise. Guests are encouraged to come down to Lobby area where people congregate and visit.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, excellent breakfast and easy access to local amenities and a nearby tram stop.

Great property, lovely bar and hangout area Lacks places to out your stuff, even a small dresser would help. While compact we have stayed here for business twice because of the great art, warm environment and a lobby bar. The location is good depending on what you’re doing in Helsinki, we find it mostly walkable and easy to get around

Had to book a hotel last minute as our car broke down. Found this gem of a hotel, with amazing and really helpful staff. Would happily stay here again.

The hotel is 20 min walk from center and is right ontop of a tram line so with tram 5 min and 3 min to ferry terminal to Tallin. Its very nice new rooms - can be a bit bigger and with nespresso maker but they are nice, breackfast is huge and good. Lobby is great for working.

I would heartily recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Helsinki. Quirky but very nice, and the breakfast buffet is amazing. I'm afraid it's ruined me for the "continental breakfast" you get at similarly priced hotels in the States!

The rooms are very nice, the bed comfortable and the blankets thick. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the shower. I have stayed in many eco-friendly hotels before, but this one seems to restrict water pressure. This combined with only a small shower head means you can only apply water to abiut a 5 inch circumference of your body at a time, and makes rinsing thick hair almost impossible.

Everything was near perfect. The room was clean and modern. Each room seemed to have a different design theme. The only thing is that there could have been a normal-size trash bin in the room (there was one very small one in the bathroom). Breakfast was good, nothing mind-blowing but I really liked that there was real omelette next to the scrambled eggs mix that hotels usually serve.

It was a great hotel with really nice design features. Highly recommended.

Staffers at breakfast service didn’t show their smiles, looking somehow serious to guests.

Beautilly done hotel, but my room with a king bed was cramped and stuffy. They loaned me a fan so i was comfortable. Windows do not open, no safe or fridge. Rooms were quiet, with a comfortable mattress. Definitely not a room for two travelers with large suitcase to unpack or need a work space for lap tops. It was great to have a tram stop just outside the hotel that will get you to the airport with one change for 4,10 €. Take the 9 train, either A or B. It is a16 minute walk to the # 2 ferry terminal. Street seemed safe at all hours.
