The hotel staff is friendly, making check-in easy.

It looks like it needs renovation, especially the floor and carpet are dirty and unsuitable

I was grateful to stay at Whiz Luxe Hotel Spazio for my business trip. Easy to find food or something in the surrounding area and also a frenly and nice morning area for jogging.

The hospitality was great, recommended to stay here even just one night.

Best hotel, strategic location, friendly service

This is my number 1 favorite hotel in Surabaya. The location is perfect, the room really suits me, not too big since I always stay there for my business trip, but it has a nice touch of room that provides me a comfort feeling. The breakfast is always great, not over in terms of variation, but it has everything you want from a breakfast buffet. I already recommend this hotel to many of my colleagues and definitely will come back there soon on my next biz trip.

A luxurious hotel at an affordable price. Strategically located in the Spazio area, close to the city center, shopping centers, and toll road access. The rooms are spacious, clean, and elegantly modern. The breakfast menu is varied, ranging from local to international, and all delicious. Complete facilities include a swimming pool, gym, and meeting rooms. The staff is very friendly and check-in and check-out are fast. Perfect for business trips or family staycations. Everything I tried was delicious, especially the coffee, miso soup, chawan mushi, and roasted chicken. The room was very clean and comfortable, so if you want to go to the mall, you can just jump in 😆

The breakfast is not delicious if the service is friendly.

The hotel location is strategic, car parking is also easy, but if you book nearby, it is always full.
