Nice and modern hotel. Our room was on 25th floor so also very quiet. Good location, walking distance to many tourist spots. Breakfast options very poor; everything out the packet and heated up in a microwave.

Spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed, accommodating staff, floor to ceiling windows.

I enjoy the clean atmosphere along with the quiet time spent in the room.

Excellent location, staff and overall hotel. Our room was ready earlier than expected and bag storage was easy after check out. The only recommendation is if providing bar soap (which is appreciated for the environment), provide a more user friendly soap dish.

ideal location for exploring NYC. Some great eating to be had nearby. The hotel was superb, city view was fab.

We were disappointed that our room did not have many horizontal surfaces. There was no place to set luggage. There was no place for my wife to put her make up. The shower, while all fancy looking leaked all over the bathroom. The vanity was small. The lighting was not good at all. The TV was good. I had to actually ask for maid service. The staff were friendly and the morning coffee was high-quality.

Bianca and Wes at reception were great. Happy staff, easy checkin and and checkout, no drama!

Rooms were on the small side but very clean as were the common areas. Security could be better to be able to get to the elevators to the rooms. Staff was friendly enough but could have delivered all the information needed for one to have a successful stay.

Great location, close to subway. Quiet hotel, very clean, helpful staff and rooms were very spacious. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Clean, modern, great city views. Chelsea is a lovely neighborhood. The room was pretty teeny, but we moved stuff around and made it work.

Great location easy to get around town

Great location and nice rooms. Would be nice to have a fan for the bathroom and an AC that didn’t make noise all the time. Also, the walls are pretty thin because we could hear doors slamming closed late at night and early in the morning. We probably will try something else next time but have this as a back up if needed.

The staff was very warm and welcoming.

There are several good elements to the hotel. Good reception staff, clean rooms and common area. I stayed on an upper floor, elevator accessibility was poor. The housekeeping crew use guest elevators therefore there are long wait for an elevator and/or many stops to accommodate the service crew.
