Very convenient and comfortable hotel, near Ootori Station to take us to the downtown and also near the airport where we can get there by the hotel's free airport transfer.

The hotel staff was very helpful, the room was clean, and the food was quality. The location is close to the train station, making it a comfortable stay.

Clean room, nearby train station and Haneda Airport

I stayed at Mercure Hotel Haneda and overall had a pleasant experience, even though it was only for a short transit stay before my flight. The room was very clean, well-equipped with an air purifier and complete amenities, including sleepwear provided in the room. I was lucky to get an upgrade to a king bed, which made the stay even more comfortable. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service, which is a convenient option. However, the shuttle only runs during limited hours—pick-up service from Haneda Airport is available in the evening, and drop-off to the airport is only available in the morning. Outside those hours, you’ll need to take a train or taxi. That said, it’s still a solid choice for travelers—very clean, good facilities, and overall a reliable hotel near Haneda.

Overall experience on Mercure never turns wrong. Even this counts as an airport hotel (nearby). The location is decent with transport provided, and the price is reasonable.

There is a shuttle bus to Haneda Airport and once every half hour. So it's easy to fit the flight schedule. After a day of Citi Tour do Tokyo, get off Otori station and walk 3 minutes to the hotel.

The shuttle to the airport is ONLY from 4am to 12.30pm and didn't explicitly mentioned in the website. Totally ruined my last day ' s plan in Tokyo. Will not stay at Mercure Haneda nor recommend it to anyone.

Semuanya excellent, kecuali breakfast-nya. Sangat standar, kurang, tidak lengkap. Tidak ada omelet untuk menu western-nya, menu japanese-nya juga tidak lengkap. Itu saja.
