+ nice room, clean mattress, blanket, pillows, full equipment - bathroom always has bad smell from pipes ( sink or toilet) - You should chose a room with big window for more light - its a type of Korean hotel, so if you are not Korean, it will be hard for you to find a tv channel - which you can understand

The staff is very nice, helpful. Location is good and convenience. But I have a issue: I forgot my selfie stick in the room after check out. I inform the receptionist but when I returned, they said that there is nothing in my room. It's not expensive but this issue made me uncomfortable and I think they need to recheck their room service.

The hotel is good but they don't offer any meals. Their host also doesn't speak or understand very little English and we always rely on google translate to communicate. Near restaurants are mostly Koreans. It is also very near Intercontinental Landmark 72

Good customer service, I just booked delux room. It is not available, so they exchanged to us the one bedroom suite, super clean, spacious, newly built. And I like the bath tub. Great stay. Definitely will book again.

Rooms are clean, close to schools, eateries and drinks.
