for shanghaindisneyland 3 must play toys first, 1 pirates of caribbean, 2. hot pursuit zootopia, 3.tron, the rest just play whatever is there and it's quiet, yesterday the only one that didn't have time was the seven dwarf rollercoaster the queue was unbearable. but for shanghai disney the queue was quite fast they still ran even though it was a bit slow but at least it didn't really stop like disney japan. then your mandatory food is turkey leg, and burger. near the tron above (around 120 yuan and above), you can bring your own food and drinks as long as it's not instant noodles or durian, just buy onogiri or bring a drinking bottle, you can manage it there so that's if you want to save money, the return trip is very dangerous, the return time feels like a sea of people so those who bring children really hold on because the way in and out is very far. overall recommended must

Going early in the week is not too crowded and you don't have to wait in line for long. Buying 10 days in advance is cheaper so you can buy in advance. Overall it's very okay, thank you traveloka

the waiting time is quite long because on the day I chose it was quite crowded with visitors. renting a stroller is a good idea because it can be used for adults too. just to get in you have to go around for quite a long time. the rides are much better than HK. the parades are frequent and better than HK. the process to redeem tickets is very easy. just show your passport. You can bring food inside. but the food at Disney is also delicious

What Makes Shanghai Disneyland Special?

Every Disneyland around the world boasts its own unique charm, and for Shanghai Disneyland, it’s the strong influence of Chinese culture in its design. Some of its standout features include the tallest Enchanted Storybook Castle, the world’s first pirate-themed land, and a Disney-styled Chinese Zodiac mural. The park is divided into six themed lands, each offering distinctive experiences.

1. Mickey Avenue – A Colorful Entrance

Mickey Avenue serves as the main entrance to Shanghai Disneyland, exuding a vibrant and cheerful atmosphere with classic Disney characters like Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Chip 'n' Dale. The area feels like stepping into a lively animated town, where each street corner radiates joy and excitement. One of the highlights here is the morning musical performances featuring Disney characters, setting an upbeat tone as soon as the park opens.

2. Gardens of Imagination – A Unique Fantasy Garden

Situated at the heart of the park, Gardens of Imagination is a beautiful open space where Disney artistry meets Chinese tradition. Its centerpiece is the Zodiac mural, an artwork representing the 12 Chinese zodiac animals, reimagined with Disney characters blending Eastern artistry with familiar animations. This area offers visitors a chance to witness the harmonious fusion of Disney magic and Chinese culture.
