Luckily, we didn't know exactly where the ticket pick-up location at DMK Airport was, but thanks to the help of the airport staff, we found it. Easy to get the train card as well as use it. Very convenient.

I forgot to receive it at the airport and went to the center of Bangkok, so I requested in the afternoon of the same day to be supported to change the voucher receiving location, but Traveloka responded slowly and did not resolve it for me. I am really disappointed with this way of working!

Get the card quickly, use it unlimited times, so it's very convenient for those near the BTS station, and the price is a little cheaper than buying directly. Those who go to Thailand can plan their schedule in advance. On days when they use the BTS train a lot, using the one day pass will be very beneficial.

Cheap price, convenient card to take 2 blue train lines to everywhere I need to go. Received the card at Don Muaeng Airport, the staff worked very quickly, it took me less than 3 minutes to receive the card.
