The bus departed on time. Previously on WhatsApp to upgrade because it was a long weekend so it was full. Only added 100k for two people. The waiting area is also bright and safe for women. If you want to change the schedule, you can also do it via WA, although it depends on the availability of seats. The width is a bit tight, but it's comfortable. Given a blanket and the seat includes a pillow. The upgrade has curtains.

Comfortable bus. According to the price. The bus driver is nice. Even though he can't speak English he still tries to use google translate🫶🏼 be healthy for the bus drivers💕

Pickup smooth a little bit late (maybe 5 to 10 minutes). We stop 3 times at rest areas. Staffs are polite. Overall best experience.

adequate facilities, price and quality are very commensurate, quite punctual, language problems will greatly affect, you have to be as independent as possible, remember your own return time, there is no definite sign at the ticket exchange place, there is only one person in Hanoi who is in charge of exchanging tickets for several buses, you have to ask a lot

the operator dont have enough space and we got 3 double bed sleeper bus instead of 6 single bed sleeper bus in the night of our departure date. too bad for the sleeper bus experience. please improve
