The staff was really friendly and accommodating. She’s such a great specialist to take us went through the coffee experience. Her name is Nisa and she’s amazing in explaining everything regarding our itinerary.

Great friendly service. I was the only one in the class and it was super personal and intimate. Went for approximately half an hour if not longer.

George guided us well, explained humbly without being patronizing and provided interesting detailed information. An experience worth trying.

really cool, the mas is knowledgable and free drinks too. fyi, if you buy a drink there, the price is the same, so it's better to get knowledge and get a free drink too. the free drink is also the only one at starbucks dewata. Cool. It was written in 30 minutes but it took up to 1 hour because I asked a lot I think. Haha

New experience that can be from Bali!!! So if you go to Bali, don't just look for beautiful nature, but look for good coffee + good places 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😁

The experience was great and value for money. It was a fun lesson to be able to talk about coffee and practice multiple times without much hurry. I'd thought that the price was steep initially but it came with a bag of beans and an apron. Furthermore, it was a 1:1 lesson since there were no other participants :)

One of the most enjoyable thing to do for coffee lovers! I'm a coffee lover who doesn't really know coffee, so I was really interested when browsing activities in Bali had something to do with coffee. At first I wanted to choose the espresso and latte art package, but from Traveloka for some reason I couldn't (according to the app, it said it was fully booked). So I just chose coffee and food pairing. Well, it turns out that Sis Henzo (the facilitator and barista there) said we can just come to Starbucks Reserve Dewata to choose the desired experience package. I'll save that for next time then hehe. In the beginning, the experience was taken on a short tour of coffee, about the coffee shop (which was big and really good), then proceeded to coffee tasting and food pairing. Sis Henzo is very helpful and knowledgeable, so it's really fun to share and ask questions. Because I happen to be alone, I'm afraid it's a bit awkward; it turns out to be really cool, so you can ask more dalem. Next time I will definitely try the basic espresso and latte art! All the baristas are very knowledgeable and serve guests well. The menus here can't be found at other Starbucks, so it's even more special. From the experience I chose, I got 3 beverages from each bar and all of them were delicious. But because we are 5 people x 3 drinks, a total of 15 coffees are mostly too

It was a pleasant experience to join a 90-min latte art and espresso basic class in Starbucks Dewata Bali. The place was cozy, artistic, and a combination of art and technology. The session continued even though I was the only participant on that day, and the tutor was Mas Qohiro. I'm a beginner in coffee thingy, know next to nothing, and was planning to fill in my vacation in Bali for something new. I never expected that I would spend 90 minutes on a fruitful and meaningful session. Mas Qohiro was a great facilitator, and he explained everything about coffee and Starbucks comprehensively in a fun way. I learned much about coffee from the production process until the serving stage and basic sensory evaluation. I highly recommend those who come to Bali to visit and enjoy the experience at the largest Starbucks store in Southeast Asia. Just be ready to sip lots of cups of coffee, but don't worry because you can take away the six coffee beverages you made as well. Thanks a bunch, Mas Qohiro. I hope your dreams of having a roastery site in Indonesia and leading the roastery site will come true!

I really like Dewata Coffee Experience. We were guided by Qohiro, it was a really exciting new experience and added knowledge because he explained about coffee starting from the planting process (yes there is a coffee tree!) to coffee brewing. Qohiro explained in detail, clearly, very friendly. Plus we get 1 free drink/person. After the tour, we continue with work from Bali because the place is comfortable and beautiful

Deana is a friendly, friendly and enthusiastic tour guide; even though only 1 person took the tour (it felt like a private tour). Barista Henzo was very quick to serve and I saw him serving other customers patiently too. Barista Boby is no less friendly, serving siphon coffee not only for the enjoyment of the taste buds, but also as a kind of little entertainment for the drinkers. Everything is compact and cool!
