I bought a voucher from Traveloka and wanted to redeem it at Trans Studio Tanjung Pinang. When I arrived at the location, the Trans Studio staff said that the voucher from Traveloka could not be used. We immediately reported it to Traveloka and the Traveloka CS contacted Trans Studio. Trans Studio said that the staff who said the voucher could not be used was a new staff, even though it was not just one person who said the voucher could not be used. Regret buying a voucher at Traveloka

Overhyped tourist attractions in Tanjung Pinang. The experience of redeeming Traveloka vouchers took a very long time even though there were 4 people at the counter, but only 1 counter was serving. The staff mostly joked around. The rides available were just "showcases" with nothing running, I wanted to charge my cellphone but none of the outlets and cashiers accepted it because all the power plugs were full and all used. The prayer room area is very small and open. My advice is that if visitors are not allowed to charge their cellphones, they should provide an electrical outlet at each seat because every visitor will definitely want to capture the moment in every corner of the Trans Studio Garden with their cellphone.

Buying Vouchers on traveloka doesn't really have opponents because the prices are the best, the cheapest in the universe... if you buy directly on the trans, the price is up 5-10 thousand bonuses, but there are a few 😁 There are lots of playing arenas and lots of good photo spots, really suitable for relaxing Also, but you have to come early in the morning, so you're satisfied playing all the arenas and sitting and relaxing there.. Reload the card, just buy it at Traveloka, it's cheap and fill in lots so you're satisfied playing😍

The place is Instagramable. Unfortunately, there are no through tickets. With an average ticket price of IDR 25,000 for each ride, playing all the rides seems expensive.

I was waiting so long until the staff in ticketing redeem my voucher. It took forever 🙃. The facility? Many of the machines are already broken. So better not expect high. Food and beverage is also expensive. But overall it was okay to have family time here
