1. Home delivery

Free standard delivery within Ho Chi Minh city and Hanoi (3 – 5 working days)

Free standard delivery in Vietnam (5 – 7 working days)

Delivery charges apply to same-day express service and are based on actual quotes displayed on Grab/Ahamove service; the SIM card will be delivered from 3/12 Pho Quang Street, Ward 2, Tan Binh district, HCMC (Delivery time: Monday - Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00)

2. Gohub Office Pickup

If you are in Ho Chi Minh City

Pick up your SIM card directly at 3/12 Pho Quang Street, Ward 2, Tan Binh district, HCMC

Operational hours: Monday - Saturday, 09:00 - 18:00

If you are in Ha Noi

Pick up your SIM card directly at 82 Thinh Hao 1 Alley, Hang Bot Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi

Operational hours: Monday – Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00

3. Tan Son Nhat Airport pickup

Pick up your SIM card directly at MobiFone counter, Column 6, Ground floor, Arrival Hall, International Terminal, Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Ho Chi Minh City

Operational hours: Monday - Sunday, 7:30 - 23:00

Step 2: Open Data Roaming mode on your phone.

For IOS: Setting > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Open Data Roaming mode. Open 4G network data mode on your phone to start using the Internet.

For Android: Setting > Cellular > Open Data Roaming mode. Turn on 4G network data mode on the phone

Use Ukie. Temporary speed ukje can connect and exchange. You can buy it in advance and then go to that country and insert the SIM card into your phone and it will automatically activate and calculate the first day, so if you need it, just prepare in advance. Video calls are a bit weak, so just call normally. Please advise enthusiastically

I think the SIM is fine, the price is reasonable, the network quality in Japan seems to be slow, it's generally due to that network or something, because other people in my group bought other brands at higher prices but in the same situation.

The network is relatively good but 2G/day is too little. I just went out and looked at the map, saying this and that was all. Free 3G after that was very slow and couldn't load anything except texting.

Sim is easy to use, you can use it immediately when you go to Japan. Select 4G in the settings and it will work. Entering the metro tunnel will be a bit laggy but the price is cheap so it's acceptable. The delivery address is also easy to find. Next time I need it, I will buy it again.

Sim softbank - 1 major network operator in Japan. Support staff enthusiastic when I have not activated the sim. Suggest that next time should give more detailed instructions in Vietnamese (ID, password to log in to the network)
