The tourist pass can be redeemed through the redemption machine located at the Changi Airport MRT station. If you take the escalator down to the MRT station from the airport, the redemption machine will be on your right-hand side. Redemption process was simple and easy. You can use the tourist pass for all the MRT lines, bus lines, and so forth, so you can actually save a lot of money if you plan to use public transportation around the city frequently.

About Singapore Tourist Pass – 1/2/3/4/5 Day

The Singapore Tourist Pass is a special EZ-Link card that offers tourist unlimited travel* on Singapore’s basic bus services, MRT and LRT trains for the duration that it is valid.

You can now take in the sights and sounds of Singapore in the comfort of the island’s extensive train system and public bus network. At wallet-friendly prices, you do not have to worry about having insufficient funds for your transport needs with the Singapore Tourist Pass.

The Singapore Tourist Pass is available in 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5-Day, depending on the duration of your stay in Singapore!

*T&Cs:

The duration and validity of the pass is based on the operating hours of the basic public transport system, 1-day coverage of the pass begins from your 1st usage of the pass to the end of the public transport service for that day. For timings and operational hours of the bus services, please refer to SimplyGo’s website at: https://www.simplygo.com.sg/travel-guide

Usage of 2-day, 3-day, 4-day, or 5-day card must be on consecutive days.

Unlimited travel is only applicable for public bus and train services. The pass excludes rides on premium services such as Sentosa Express, RWS8, express buses as well as other premium and niche bus services. To use these premium services, you can add value to the card via the self-service ticketing machines or at the SimplyGo Ticket Office.

Prices apply to adult and child above 0.9m in height.

The 1/2/3/4/5-Day pass has a validity of 1 year from date of purchase, while the card has a validity period of 5 years from date of purchase.

The Singapore Tourist Pass is non-refundable and non-returnable.

One (1) Singapore Tourist Pass can only be used by one (1) person at a time.

You are required to redeem the Singapore Tourist Pass within 90 days from the booking confirmation date.

A QR Code will be sent in the confirmation email.

For redemption, please present the QR Code to the staff at the selected ticket office or scan the QR Code at our automated STP kiosks.

The 1/2/3/4/5-Day pass has a validity of 1 year from date of purchase, while the card has a validity period of 5 years from date of purchase.

One (1) Singapore Tourist Pass can only be used by one (1) person at a time.
