Rental cost is determined by the pick-up/drop-off zone, route, and type of car.
The rental fee includes a toll fee of IDR 10,000 for all routes. Excess toll fees will be charged to the customers and paid cash to the driver.
The rental fee includes an on-site airport parking fee for the first hour only. Excess parking fees, including off-site airport parking fee, will be charged to the customers and paid cash to the driver.
If the flight is delayed more than 60 minutes, the customers will be charged a waiting fee of Rp25.000 per trip and paid cash to the driver.

Passengers traveling from the airport must contact the driver directly to meet at the pick-up location. Please see your Traveloka voucher for further instructions.
Passengers can change their flight details or contact info by calling Traveloka Customer Service.
Passengers traveling to the airport must show up max. 30 minutes from the agreed pick up time. Otherwise, the booking will be canceled and cannot be refunded.
Passengers traveling from the airport must show up max. 1 hour (for domestic arrivals) or 2 hours (for international arrivals) from the agreed pick-up time. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically canceled and cannot be refunded.
For passengers who provide their valid flight numbers, Atran guarantees extra waiting time in Atran of flight delays. If your flight is delayed, please call Atran at +6281334759044 before boarding to get further confirmation.
Passengers must follow the passenger and baggage limitation for the selected vehicle, as informed during booking.
Passengers are not allowed to smoke, as well as to carry substances with strong odors and/or dangerous items in the Kanigara vehicle. Dangerous items included but not limited to sharp items, flammable substances, explosives, chemicals, dangerous materials, and illegal drugs.
Passengers are not allowed to drive the Atran vehicle.
Passengers are not allowed to use the Atran service for criminal or illegal activities.
Passengers are responsible for the consequences resulting from policy violations as mentioned above.
Reschedule can only be done at the latest 3 hours before pick-up time.
Your reschedule request is based on car availability.
Reschedule is free of charge. However, if there is a price difference on the rental fee between the old and new schedule, the price difference will be borned to the passenger.

Refund is available for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time.
Refund amount is 100% of the rental cost.
Refund amount will be returned via the payment method used during booking.
