MTR Terms & Conditions

  1. Ticket is only valid for tourists and not valid for Hong Kong residents.
  2. For tourists who book the ticket when they are already in Hong Kong, ticket is only valid if the booking is made when they have only stayed in Hong Kong for less than 14 days.
  3. Ticket is valid for any train schedule within the validity period.
  4. Passengers must exchange their Traveloka vouchers with an Airport Express Travel Pass (Pass) or an MTR ticket to board the train. The exchange must be made before 31 December 2020.
  5. The exchange can be done at the Beng Seng counter (counter A13) at Arrival Hall A in Hong Kong International Airport, between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM local time (GMT +8).
  6. Passengers must show their passports when exchanging the voucher.
  7. Passengers with a “One-way Ticket (One Station)” and “One-way Ticket + Travel Pass (All Stations)” must take their trip within 14 days after exchanging the voucher.
  8. Passengers with a “Round-trip Ticket (One Station)” and “Round-trip Ticket + Travel Pass (All Stations)” must take their first trip (from airport) within 14 days after exchanging the Traveloka voucher and their second trip (to airport) within 30 days after the first trip.
  9. The Travel Pass can be used to board or get off the train at any MTR stations, as well as traveling on the Light Rail lines and the MTR Bus, for 3 consecutive days after the first trip.
  10. To be able to use the Travel Pass for Light Rail and MTR Bus, passengers must take their first trip on an MTR line.
  11. Passengers cannot use the Travel Pass to travel on the Airport Express line, the First Class train on the East Rail Line, or to and from Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau stations.
  12. MTR bookings cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
  13. After being used, passengers can keep their Passes as a souvenir or return it to any MTR Airport Express Customer Service Centre to receive HKD 50 in return.
