If I would like to make a purchase...

How long will the EPIC sale period be?

The EPIC sale period will go on for 7 days, starting from April 14, 2022 to April 20, 2022.

What are the deals for EPIC sale?

From 14 April 2022 to 20 April 2022, you can enjoy up to 50% direct discount on your favorite Traveloka Xperience!

Additionally, there will also be up to VND 200K discount coupons usable from 12AM – 1PM and 8PM – 9PM every day throughout the EPIC sale period, so make sure not to miss it!

Which products are included in EPIC sale?

This year's EPIC sale will be featuring many top partners from our Attractions, Tours, Transports, Playground, Beauty & Spa, Sports, Health, and Entertainment categories.

Where can I find the EPIC sale items?

You can find a curated list of activities participating in the EPIC SALE on the Xperience EPIC SALE page, which can be accessed through the Traveloka main page and the Traveloka Xperience main page. Here’s how:

Method 1

1. Access Traveloka home page on App/Web
2. Click Epic Sale banner on On-going Promos
3. Access the Epic Sale landing page of Xperience
4. Check out the Epic Sale products displayed there

Method 2
1. Access Traveloka home page on App/Web
2. Click Xperience logo
3. Type your desired location
4. Select filter “Epic Sale” if available and check out the list under this filter If the location doesn’t have the Epic Sale filter, it doesn’t have any Epic Sale products

Is there any epic hour promo for Traveloka Xperience?

Yes, in addition to EPIC SALE discount which is a direct discount, there is an additional EPIC HOUR discount coupon for Traveloka Xperience that can be used from 12:00 –13:00 and 20:00 – 21:00 during EPIC SALE period Apr. 14 – 20, 2022. Limited coupons only.

Can I combine this promo with other promos?

Only one coupon code can be used for each transaction. Epic Sale coupons can be redeemed on all products even the ones with direct discounts but can not combine with other coupons.

When is the visit period?

Visit date period for EPIC Sale promo can be anytime based on T&C of each product. Customers can read the detailed T&C and validity on the product's page.

Are there any terms and conditions that I need to look out for before booking?

The EPIC Sale vouchers are non-refundable but some vouchers will have longer validity beyond the selected visit date. To check validity period, please refer to answer above.

During these uncertain times, we also recommend that you always contact the venue at least 1 day before your visit to ensure that it is open.

If I have already made a purchase...

Is there anything that I should do prior to visiting?

It is recommended for you to always check whether the venue is open on your planned visit date by contacting the venue directly, especially given the current uncertain situation.

If you purchased a Beauty & Spa voucher, you may need to make a reservation prior to your visit.

Where can I check the validity of my voucher?

The step-by-step instructions to check your voucher validity are as follows:

1. Log in to your Traveloka app, then open the My Booking page (or if your voucher is not there, click the Purchase List icon at the top right of the My Booking page)
2. Select the booking that you would like to check
3. Check the Voucher Validity Period of your voucher

What happens to my voucher if the venue is closed on my date of visit or if another social restriction measure is enforced?

To check the validity period of your voucher, you can refer to the answer above.

However, if the venue is still closed or if social restriction measures are extended beyond the validity period, you can rest assured that we will take proactive steps to take care of you.

You will receive a new voucher with an extended validity period by email and your voucher in MyBooking should also be updated.

Once our partner is back in operation, you can simply present the newest voucher and enjoy the Xperience!

What if I cannot make it on the visit date that I originally selected?

It depends on the EPIC voucher type that you purchased. If you purchased the regular EPIC sale vouchers that is only valid on the selected visit date, unfortunately this is not reschedulable or refundable.

However, if you purchased the regular EPIC sale vouchers that is valid beyond the selected visit date, you can make your visit any time within the validity period. Additionally, if the voucher you purchased is a Beauty & Spa or COVID Test voucher, you may need to contact the venue directly to reschedule.

To check the validity period of your voucher, you can refer to the answer to the "Where can I check the validity of my voucher?" question above.

When can I start redeeming my EPIC Sale voucher?

You can redeem your voucher starting from the visit date that you selected up to end of your voucher's validity period.

Why can't I find my voucher on the My Booking tab in the app?

No need to worry. You can still access your voucher from:

1. Your email confirmation
2. History Purchase List, which can be accessed via My Booking Page
