A typo on your already-booked flight ticket? No worries! The Traveloka application now makes it simple for you to correct your own errors.
It is no longer difficult to correct misspellings or incorrect name titles on an electronic or flight ticket because you may do it yourself using the Traveloka app. It is not possible to change to another passenger’s name, it is only possible to correct a misspelled name or last name which needs to match with the valid travel document.
Spelling errors are no longer an issue since it is very easy to make changes on the Traveloka app by yourself. However, the name cannot be changed to another passenger's name. It is only possible to correct a misspelled name or last name that should match the name on the travel document.
Go to ‘My Booking’ on the Traveloka App.
Select the booking that you wish to modify a misspelled name, last name or name title.
Scroll down and click ‘Correct a Flight Passenger Name’ in order to correct a misspelled name, last name or name title.
Modify a misspelled name, last name or name title as you wish including attaching a copy of your ID or passport.
Make sure to check the terms and conditions before clicking ‘Send Now’.
Following are the conditions for correcting the passenger's name:
