Currently, airlines are implementing policies to support passengers who have departure and arrival from/to airports placed in affected areas, simultaneously, they have been changing their operating plans to completely ensure the passengers’ safety.
Vietjet Air has been implementing the unlimited free flight change policy, passengers only need to pay the fare difference (if any) to support those who travel from/to areas affected by bad weather.
Note: Passengers need to make the reschedule at least 3 hours before the original scheduled departure time and before 11/15/2020.

Additionally, Vietjet has been offering free transportation for relief goods and giving priority to the fastest transportation on Vietjet flights departing from Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi to Chu Lai, Da Nang, Phu Bai, Dong Hoi and Vinh since 19/10/2020. Bamboo Airways officially announces a policy to support customers having flights from/to Da Nang with departure dates from 26/7 to 15/8/2020.
Note: Owing to receiving a great number of requests recently, Traveloka hopes to receive customer’s understanding that it will take more time than usual to solve your requests. Vietnam Airlines supports passengers flying to or from Vinh, Hue, Dong Hoi to change their flight tickets free of charge and one extra free bag.
Passengers departing from Vinh, Hue, Dong Hoi will have one free extra bag in addition to their class of service baggage (01 piece which is up to 32kg for Business Class and 01 piece up to 23kg for Economics Class) to the end of 31/10/2020.
