StayGuarantee Claim

You are eligible to make a StayGuarantee claim as long as you have booked an accommodation at Traveloka. It is unlikely that our hotel partners would decline your confirmed booking, but, just in case, making a StayGuarantee claim is easy.

You can make your claim via Traveloka App (version 2.9 and above) or through our Customer Support. Please refer to How to Claim for more details.

Our Customer Support will contact you within 24 hours after you have submitted your claim to update you about your claim status. If you are entitled to a full refund, the refund process may take up to 5 days after we have received your complete details.
