I've only made one booking but I received two e-tickets/vouchers. How can I cancel one of my bookings and get a refund?

If you have made a booking on Traveloka and received two e-tickets or vouchers for the same transaction, please contact our Customer Service so that we can assist you with the cancellation and refund for one of the double bookings.
