Which hotels or room types are eligible for easy reschedule?

You can reschedule any refundable hotel bookings worldwide through Easy Reschedule. However, this doesn’t include hotel bookings in a Flight + Hotel package. Also keep in mind that Easy Reschedule doesn’t support Pay upon Check-in rooms. 

Due to current situation of COVID-19, Traveloka will waive Traveloka Rescheduling Fee for the time being. However, rescheduling fee by hotel may still apply since it's subject to hotel's policy. If your new booking rate is lower than your original booking, the price difference will be refunded to you. You can learn more about the Easy Reschedule terms and conditions here. You can enjoy this feature on Traveloka desktop website or Traveloka App version 3.0 and above. Please make sure you have updated your app.
