Pay near stay date gives you the option to "Pay nothing until a certain date" or "Pay now". If you choose the latter, your payment will be automatically processed on a certain date before your stay date. Free Cancellation policy also applies for rooms with pay near stay date option.
Meanwhile, for Pay at Hotel rooms, the payment will only be made at the accommodation when you are about to check in, and the Free Cancellation policy may not always apply.
