Lots of small issues, restaurant shut after being told open, smoking on 5th floor bar, pool not open, parking difficult. Not my favourite

The Mondial is a high end hotel in the central Tiranë. We were able to find on street parking next to the hotel thanks to onsite staff. The hotel is quite elegant. Our room was exceptionally large and comfortable. We explored the area briefly but opted for dinner in the hotel dining room. The meal was excellent. The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve had on our trip, so far.

No AC so need to sleep with windows open. Very loud and busy road making the room very loud. Woke up to lots of bug bites. Front desk female employees were rather rude, male was very nice. Room was nice.

Les chambres ne sont pas bien isolées et certains va et viens en pleine nuit sont dérangeant. Un petit rappel lors de l’arrivée a propos des choses à faire à Tirana et aux alentours auraient était très appreciable.

The apartment was just perfect for our needs and was well worth booking. The hotel and staff are fantastic and are highly recommended

Great location! Staff was fantastic! Grateful for the lovely daily breakfast that was included in the room rate.

Ok really the hotel was nice but there was very noisy construction activity above us throughout the days of our stay. The rooms we rented should have been left vacant during this activity

Located within walking distance to Skanderberg Square. It took 15 minutes at a leisurely pace. The hotel was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The staff assisted us with directions and calling for taxis as we needed them. We ate at the hotel restaurant two different times for dinner and the food was delicious and inexpensive. Our waiter was friendly and provided complimentary shots of Raki after our meals. The continental breakfast had a good selection of different fresh foods with juice, water, tea or coffee available and it comes with the cost of the room. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

It was amazing! Perfect location and the reception was always cooperative! Just parking was a bit difficult!

NO AIR CONDITIONING IN MARCH,VERY NOISY LOCATION. The property is advertised as having air conditioning. SO ALTHOUGH I DIDN'T MIND THE BUSY ROAD, I EXPECTED AIR CONDITIONING. But the air conditioning isn't turned on till summer. So expect a very stuffy & hot room if you want to be able to sleep. When I spoke to reception on the first morning about this they said open your windows. That was the solution, point blank. They are four lines of traffic outside the window with cars constantly beeping their horns. This didn't seem to matter to the receptionist and she wasn't very apologetic a bit blase, lacking some customer service skills, &left us dumfounded really, which spoiled our stay so I won't be going back. This one member of staff let the bitter taste All online sellers advertise air conditioning , so on On the 2nd day I emailed reception, when I didn't get reply, I emailed again from a different email account, they did offer to show me another room, but by this point I only had one night left. This was a different receptionist to the one I first spoke to, who was more helpful, the first one wasn't very helpful at all. It was 24 degrees, so I did not want the windows open all day heating up the room, and you can't sleep for the windows open due to the 4 lanes of traffic on a busy road , and a police station being next door. THERE WAS NO AIR CONDITIONING IN MARCH. Breakfast was nice, the terrace was lovely, the room was a very good size, housekeeping were great.

This was a really good stay. We ate at the hotel and had good service. The hotel is walkable to city centre but buses are cheap and frequent. It has a great rooftop bar which we also used We would recommend this hotel to others who want to spend a few days in Albania's capital.

I thought the staff were most helpful and welcoming the rooms were immaculately clean and well maintained , the breakfast was excellent and plentiful (home made fig fam was amazing) in a nice breakfast room , My only concern was the roof top bar (with good Albanian beer , I lked the dark Korce beer) however I must admit I felt it was too smoky , and felt smelly when leaving the area , I realise that is the norm all over Albania unfortunately thought glad there was no smoking in the dining area .

Had a great stay and both the reception and bar staff were excellent. Food was amazing. The only small negative thing was the room was extremely hot

Fantastic staff in very smart hotel

It was at the heart of the city centre. Very safe and central. Highly recommended. Got bored with the breakfast. More variety needs to be introduced. And we had to buy chocolate for the kids for breakfast. That was so wrong. Why do adults get tea and coffee and kids get nothing? Ambience was above average. Staff were warm and lovely. But food variety is a deal breaker.

The hotel was well located within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Also only a 20 min walk from the city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was only there for 2 nights so did not get the chance to use all the facilities. I would definitely stay again.

Reception staff not particularly welcoming or friendly. Had booked a twin but got a double. Bar staff were more helpful to male customers than us.
