Beautiful view of the lake. A little far from the center of Bariloche. A taxi was needed to get around. The breakfast was good, but the eggs were never hot.

Very pleasant helpful staff. Nice accommodation, excellent breakfast and good optional dinners either in the bar or dining room.

Villa Huinid Lodge, is located out of town, so if U are not local and have no wheels it’s not the place for U. The room they put us in haven’t seen maintenance, a cracked sink, squeaky bathroom doors that rub against the floor (making loud noise) hard to use bathroom at night (u might wake up the people in next door room). Amenities are a joke particularly the shampoo envelops that require scissors to open, no in-room coffee or welcome water bottle. The walls are paper-thin U can hear the kids cries and parents’ arguments in the next-door room and the rumbling from the above room. We were hoping for a lake view, that view U can get at the facilities on the left and on the right of the Huinid Lodge. Breakfast spread is nice except for the occasional flies and the cups and plates we returned because they contained food or drink stains. WIFI is Ok, TV local except for one English station. The people who run the place need to be trained to better understand what the hospitality industry is all about. Judging by his, over the phone tone and interrogation-like questions, the person who called about my unfavorable check-in process, would fit better working as a warden in a jail. That impression became stronger when we came one day and the door of our room was left wide open. We will never forget the terrified look on the face of the cleaning lady the day after we called the front desk. The staff project carelessness attitude and a “I am not happy” doing this work so don’t bother me

DISAPPOINTED IN ROOMS ESPECIALLY SHOWERS FOR HANDICAP.

This is a really nice hotel complex. We stayed in the lodge which had an amazing view of the lake. The grounds were lovely and we had full use of the main hotel's facilities. The staff were very helpful, helping us stay in touch with excursion providers. Food in the restaurant in the evening was lovely. The only slight issue was it seemed impossible to turn off the under floor heating in the bathroom which resulted in the whole room being too warm when returning from a day out.

My experience there was great. The view was great and people very friendly. I recommend this hotel.

We stayed in one of the cabins for a four night stay in January 2015 (2 adults and boys of 7 and 4). We were at first a bit concerned about being along way from Bariloche but it turned out perfectly. Instead of the noise and bustle of Bariloche we had the peace and quiet of the hotel, with spectacular views over the lake and Ibises wandering around the gardens. The cabin room was huge, with a small verandah looking over the garden. The swimming pool and spa provide an ideal place to relax after a day's walking in the surrounding country-side. The Vila Huinid was the highlight of our time in Argentina.

From the check-in, until departure this hotel was fantastic. Staff were very helpful, stored our bikes in a secure area for us over-night, helped us with a booking elsewhere. The restaurant was beautiful, tasty food, friendly waiter, the breakfast was fresh and abundant each morning. The internet signal was okay. The rooms were clean and spacious. The fruit trees and roses in the garden really topped it off for me. We had just spent 2 weeks in Cuba so this place seemed like 5 stars! It is 2.5 km walk into town on a dirt path beside a busy road- This did not bother us at all, we needed the exercise post all the Bariloche delights. A bus is available but we never bothered, a cab was cheap enough after dinner, when I wasn't fit to walk.

We really enjoyed our stay. Service was great and the place beautiful. The swimming pool could be better and the TVs are not too modern, but OK. I would definitely recommend it and visit again!

Most helpful staff, and very relaxing setting

Durante nossa estadia em Bariloche, tivemos o prazer de nos hospedar no Hotel Huinid, um verdadeiro refúgio cercado pela natureza, mas a poucos minutos do centro da cidade. O local é simplesmente encantador: as cabanas são amplas, aconchegantes e perfeitamente integradas ao ambiente, oferecendo uma vista espetacular do lago e das montanhas andinas — um cenário de tirar o fôlego logo ao acordar. A combinação entre conforto, tranquilidade e proximidade da cidade torna o Huinid uma escolha perfeita para quem quer relaxar sem abrir mão da praticidade. As cabanas têm um charme especial, com lareira, cozinha equipada e aquela sensação de estar em casa, mas com o toque de sofisticação que só um hotel bem estruturado pode oferecer. Um detalhe que fez toda a diferença: nosso voo de volta era bem cedo, antes do horário do café da manhã. Mas, para nossa surpresa, fomos agraciados com uma gentil e deliciosa caixa preparada especialmente para levarmos: pães frescos, bolos e sucos, tudo embalado com carinho. Um gesto simples, mas que mostra o cuidado com cada hóspede. Sem dúvida, uma experiência memorável que recomendamos de olhos fechados!!!

We hebben echt genoten. Fantastische plek in de natuur met uitkijk op het meer. Geweldig zwembad en een heerlijk ontbijtbuffet. Zou er zo weer heen gaan. Echt super

Lugar maravilhoso. Café da manhã sensacional. Piscina aquecida, sauna e um restaurante com excelentes opções para quem não quer sair do hotel.

Hotel em um local com a vista muito bonita, cama confortável, bom cafe da manhã, atendentes educados e prestativos. O ponto negativo foi o restaurante, pois as opcoes que escolhi para almoçar nao estavam boas, nao tinham sabor.

Estoy esperando q se comuniquen conmigo ya q x el covid 19 fue imposible acercarme al hotel quedaron en q iban a comunicarse y aun nada . Ustedes me cobraron y sabiendo todo lo q pasa en el mundo no respetaron el cobro me endeuderan en el banco y yo me comunique c el hotel donde también fui mal atendida espero respuesta a mi mail yaninagillig@yahoo.com.ar
