Hotel muito bom, quarto muito espaçoso. A localização é ótima.
O café da manhã é poderia ter um pouco mais opções de frutas, mas tirando isso tudo é muito bom e quentinho.
Recomendo a troca do vaso sanitário do meu apartamento, que já está bem desgastado.

So many great things about this hotel: location near dining options was excellent and easily walkable. Felt very safe at all times in and out of the hotel. Hotel offers breakfast which was very convenient and good. Good bed. Our room size was as advertised which was ideal for 3 people with a kitchenette and refrigerator. Great place. Spoke English. Always felt welcomed. Clean. Good shower and bathroom. Offered same day laundry service which was very good at a modest price…huge benefit. The laundry service cleaned very dirty hiking pants same day at modest and very reasonable rate. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Hotel bom! Limpo e muito agradável!
Entretanto, o banheiro, por ser muitíssimo antigo, o chuveiro não sai muita água e é um chuveiro surpresa, pois quando está tomando banho, de uma vez vem água super fria e outra vem água fervendo.
No mais, conseguindo um bom preço, vale a pena.

Beds comfortable. However school playground right outside our room and kids playing loud n the morning. Toilet not attached to floor and leaked. Could hear guests above us through bathroom vent. Front desk staff friendly however cafe staff not attentive at all. Food not very good. Good central location.

As toalhas disponíveis estavam visivelmente desgastadas, e a limpeza deixou a desejar. No café da manhã, apesar da boa estrutura, notamos um comportamento um pouco inadequado por parte da equipe: conversas em tom alto, risadas excessivas e uso de celular com o som ativado, o que compromete a experiência de um ambiente que poderia ser mais calmo e acolhedor.

Small but very comfortable hotel in central Mendoza. The room we were allocated had faulty Aircon which is not good in 38 Deg C conditions. After raising this with reception were were moved to a suite with excellent Aircon.

Overall not the best experience:
- The pictures are extremely misleading. Most of the rooms don’t have a balcony or a plaza view. When we raised this with staff, we were just told that was how it was and couldn’t offer us an alternative.
- Bathroom was covered in limescale, including shower head.
- Random churning noises in room at 5am, loud enough to wake you from sleep
- No coffee in room, only tea.
- Quality of breakfast was somewhat below expectations.
On a positive note, cleanliness was decent apart from bathroom limescale. Laundry was cheap and very efficient. Some of our interactions with staff were positive. Area also nice and quiet.
