This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of AUD 30 per hour applies for early arrivals from 12:00 noon to 14:00. All requests for early/late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. 2.5% Surcharge on all credit card transactions. Please note that the apartments will not be serviced for the duration of your stay. You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra fee of AUD 40 per service.
