The "curb appeal" is low but hides a little nugget of a hotel. The other side of the hotel has two beautiful and clean pools that are the perfect temperature. The staff was consistently kind and friendly. We were thrilled with our stay here.

A nice hotel which we enjoyed staying at. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast of cereals, juice, croissants, breads, yogurt, and fruits. Nice view from our room and breakfast area. Pools were very pretty, but we did not use as we were swimming in the ocean all the time. It’s a little out of the main area of town, maybe 10 minutes walking. There is a local bus which cost 1 Australian dollar to use all day if you don’t want to walk. Only issue we had was our door blind to the balcony would not close, but it wasn’t a problem for us. No elevator, so if you have mobility issues ask for a ground floor room.

Very good hotel with wonderful staff, very good food in the restaurant, cozy jungle-like pool area, comfortable beds, location only a couple of hundred meters from the ferry to Hamilton airport, close to the center 15 min walk. the only area of improvement is that the cleaning could have been done more carefully. But the overall impression is very good

Nice accommodation, nothing to say against it. Even if it is located on a main road, it’s quiet and calm. Nothing to regret. Only, the choice (e.g. a nice salad is missing) of food in the restaurant could be more diverse. But there’s nothing to say regarding the quality of the food!
