Very expensive for what you get and no supplies to have a bbq yet 30 ks down the road at kings creek they offered this which would’ve been great.

didn,t like the cold showers

Very basic accomodation, no ensuite bathroom/toilet. TV didnt work. Bar/restaurant excellant. Food, beer and music very good Toilet block , ladies dirty, alot of toilets didnt work. However no where else to stay?

Rented a standard queen cabin which was more like a prison cell with a bed on a metal frame that was very squeaky and had a thin mattress. Nowhere to hang clothes or put them away. Air conditioner was loud and barely worked. Communal bathrooms had good showers and were never crowded. The sunset viewing deck was great.

The room was ok, but we were not advised when booking that the room did not have a bathroom, but a group/common bathroom and toilet that was a 30 meter outside walk. The price we aid for the room should have included a private bathroom within the room.

Excellent set up, great friendly staff and incredible scenery

However, I had to leave early on March 9 due to some shortcomings I encountered during my stay and I request a refund for the days I did not stay. The information provided at the time of booking was insufficient and I experienced the following deficiencies: • There was no chair to sit outside the closet and bed to put the clothes in the hotel room. • It was not stated that the toilet and bathroom were outside the room. • It was not stated that the WiFi was not in the rooms, only in the restaurant and reception. • On the first day, the air conditioner in my room was not working and there was no remote control, so the room was changed the next day. Due to these shortcomings, I had to leave the hotel on March 9th before completing my reservation. I would like to request a refund for the nights between 9-11 March when I did not stay. I am waiting for you to get back to start the relevant refund process. I can share payment receipt or reservation information in order to speed up the necessary procedures. Canyon was beautiful

Room was okay for one night- tired paintwork but clean enough and toilet block and showers were clean with plenty of hot water in the showers The bar was great- good value happy hour and large selection of food. Food was a little dry but okay. Had the buffet breakfast which was good value Would recommend if passing through and need a place for one night We stayed in the basic room- double bed but not en suite

We were in a king room, and it was great. Clean, updated, and fresh.

A great location to visit Kings Canyon.

We didn't realise there was no toilet n shower in the room, no Wi fi, no wardrobe, not even hooks to hang clothes, no chairs to seat on. But we blame Expedia for booking us 300 km away from the Uluru, we had to forfeit two days of stay and check out early so that we can move closer to Uluru.

We stayed in a lodge. It was basic and clean, but it seems that most of the accommodation uses onsite toilets and showers. Fine for youngsters, but not so great for more mature travellers who need the facilities several times a night. I feel that this should have been made clearer in the literature, prior to booking, especially for overseas travellers who are not familiar with the place. Such a contrast to Yulara which was super. Basically it is a camp site. However, the food was excellent and also the bar staff.

The property totally met our needs.

The accommodation and service for check in and check out are awesome and top quality. Questions and concerns were answered with no caveats. They either provide or not. So simple. Love the walkable distances to the dinning cafe and bar options as well as the small hiking areas to the Light Towers and back. Lots of the areas are secluded and has an outdoor feeling even though you’re staying in 5 star top notch hotel and accommodations. Will be staying again in the near future.

The rooms are quite modern but extremely small. The bed takes up most of the room. It accommodates one person with one large suitcase but for 2 people with 2 suitcases and two carryon bags; 3 out of our 4 bags are on the floor and become trip hazards. It’s a shame that the pool closes at 6 pm because we like to swim after a long day of sightseeing.

One room was great the deluxe the other room really nit worth the price a bit like sleeping in a container there was an awful smell and the air conditioner not great a lot of money for basic accommodation

The accomodation is set far back from reception and the bar. Its a very long hot walk to get to both. Otherwise the room was perfect. Really modern and new

The room is clean but the pool is not clean and very small.
