The front desk is open daily from 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. This property cannot accommodate buses due to its terrain. Guests who arrive by bus will be dropped at the entrance to the property and must walk to their accommodations, which are within 0.3 miles (500 meters) away. Porterage service is available for AUD 32.50 per person and must be arranged in advance of arrival. Bookings of 4 rooms or more must book dinner in advance of arrival. This property's restaurant is only open from 6 PM for dinner Tuesday-Saturday. The Cradle Valley mountain area offers limited food supplies, therefore guests willing to self-cater are recommended to purchase their grocery supplies in any of the towns along the way prior to arrival.
