Panorama Bathurst

I ordered salt and pepper calamary, you could not eat it, it had no taste at all will never eat their again, the acomodation was clean.

The only thing i didn't like was the bed worsted night sleep i have ever had

We stayed in a family room very clean and well presented. would stay again only issue was breakfast in the bistro was very slow. Dinner service was fine and bar service.

The room was clean and comfortable. It took quite a while to warm up, because the air conditioner is located above cupboards and was a challenge to actually turn on and up! I had to stand on a chair to do this as the sensor is hidden. The weather in Bathurst was very chilly during my stay, so heating was important. The grounds were lovely and quiet with no traffic noise and minimal sounds from adjoining rooms. The king bed was comfortable and would have been more so if it hadn’t had a vinyl cover attached! A good quality mattress protector should be able to do the job without causing discomfit. A heater light in the bathroom would also be helpful during the winter months. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the room phone had been damaged and was unusable.

Quiet, great food, friendly and helpful staff. Only issue I had was the shower was tiny (much smaller than it looked in the online photos) and temperature very difficult to regulate.

The staff were extremely helpful. Though fully booked, and with a booking misunderstanding due to an American booking agency, the Panorama staff were able to accommodate me. They were not just helpful, but efficient and utterly professional. I would give everyone I dealt with there 5 stars, and it will be the only place I stay herefrom in Bathurst.

Such a wonderful facility - close to everything in town, staff were so pleasant. Great restaurant and the bar and entertainment was first class. Definitely be going back there in the future

Staff were rude, my son woke up in his bed covered in what looked to be bed bug bites

If you book here, ensure you get one of the refurbed rooms. I've stayed in both and the refurb is alot better. Food service at breakfast could have been better, but overall a good spot to stay!

Overnight stay rooms are small and dated especially the bathroom.
