Wonderful staff. A very welcoming hotel with nice rooms, great beds! Nice kitchenettes and views from the upper level. Easy access to free public transport and the CBD activities. Had a great week in Adelaide for AFL Gather Round 2025.

Large room with a balcony. Very comfortable for a business stay with a desk and chair in room. Good value for money.

Convenient place to stay

Good location TRAM STOP 1 min away.Walkable to CENTRAL NARKET and CHINATOWN PLEASANT staff. Good value hotel to stay to wonder around Adelaide city.

It’s well positioned on the tram line near City South as well as free city bus 98A and 98C. Can get anywhere quickly and for free. Easy walk to markets and mall area. Lovely helpful staff. Nice beds and pillow, and mini kitchen with microwave.

I liked how the room had a balcony and a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, cutlery and crockery.

Great value , well located near the central markets and restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly, the rooms are great particularly for the price. Very clean, pod machine and very quiet.

Overall a lovely stay. Staff were great, room was ample for what we paid. Offsite parking was a bit of a walk, but it was secure. Tram stop very close by. Would stay again happily

Friendly, helpful staff. Good location, close to markets, chinatown and CBD. Standard room equipped with microwave oven, sink, cutlery and plates along with kettle, cups/glasses.

All windows east-facing giving a wonderful sunrise. Close to a free tram-stop into the city. High quality sheets made of cotton and not ghastly polyester. Great value.

Very lovely room, great view, we were on the 14th floor. Lovely cosy comfortable bed. Quiet as just a little out of the real bustle of CBD but still accessible to city

Was close enough to walk to Central Market, restaurants & coffee shops. Also coffee shop within hotel.

Well to start with the Hotel is in the perfect position tram out.front only 3 stops from middle of City centre. Adelaide is one of the cleanest cities and I've been to quite a few cities around world now about the Hotel to me it Ticks All off Boxes 📦 From the Concierge service from start To end of VISIT the Cleanest hotel ever And the view was great there's a restaurant for Breakfast call soul sisters which the Hotel has connection with so over all in MY opinion I rate Hotel at a 10 plus. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The kitchenette was modern and larger than expected.

Easy to find and travel with the tram stop just outside. Small room was comfortable enough, but my bathroom had a distinctive damp smell to it that was trying to be covered by an air freshener.

Loved the balcony. Had everything I needed and close to the event I was attending. Also lovely and quiet.

So perhaps the service review is harsh, but like most reviews it tends to be the disgruntled whom complain, and 4 days on i am still not over it. First with the room, nothing but praise, kitchen is threadbare being just a microwave but that’s fine if you have no plans to cook. Room is clean with great ambience and design. Bathroom is nice, table for eating, basically the room itself is great. As for my negative, this relates purely to the checkin process and lack of communication, something which financially cost me thousands in lost income due to the requirement that i come back to checkin. The staff did their best to get the room ready before 2pm but were jnable to, which is fine, i understand that and checkin is 2pm. Where i am annoyed is i feel that I should have been told of the 9pm check in close, or even that doors are locked from 8pm, meaning i was waiting for about 3 minutes before being let into thr building. It does say on here that checkin is 2pm-9pm, so i take responsibility for not reading instructions, however if this were made aware to me, i would have waited in the lobby until 3pm in order to make sure i was checked in before leaving. As it stood, no pre checkin paperwork was done, and my bags and all belongings bar the work necessities were in the building, including ID, wallet and passport, meaning I had to leave work early, costing me conservatively about 2k. Room is great, hence the 4 stars, but on general principle will never stay here again
