Sugar Bay Barbados - All Inclusive

Our stay was amazing, the resort was great and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We'll be recommending Sugar Bay to all our friends and family!

One of the best resorts I have EVER stayed on! The food was so fresh and delicious, different options everyday. I didn’t even dine at the restaurants as intended because the buffets were SO GOOD! The drinks were spot on every time, delicious and generous with alcohol. I have never been around such friendly staff from start to finish. Everyone greeted you warmly and had a smile. The leadership at Sugar Bay must be doing something right because staff seem happy and it makes for a quality experience. I rarely feel like I’d want to return to the same place but I would 100% return to Sugar Bay! Amazing!!!

The people here are amazing - so attentive, kind, and thoughtful. I couldn't say nicer things about the staff and the people of Barbados in general. The food here is really good as well, even the buffet. There were shockingly few things we didn't love. I do wish there were more options, but all and all, pretty happy. The entertainment was fun as well. Love the beach. My only complaint would be the rooms, which definitely are in need of a little updating. The shower setup means that the floor is soaked in water at all times, the bed is a bit uncomfortable and the hot water went out for a few hours. The building with the gym also needs some fixing and updating. But this is a beautiful location and any imperfections are worth overlooking!

Sugar Bay Barbados is a ver new ce, intimate place to stay. The service and team members were exceptional, professional, friendly and accommodating. The food is amazing. There was s a hidden gem in walking distance to see if you like horses and traveling with children. You are able to ride and interact with the horses. A group us stayed there for a wedding, beautiful views and scenic back grounds. I highly recommend Sugar Bay Barbados.

Clean, friendly staff and great food!

The people were so friendly and polite. The service was great. The resort was super clean. And they even wished my husband and I a happy anniversary and gave us a complimentary cake.

Nice little resort. Food at the buffet was usually very good. Other restaurants were good as well. Bars were fantastic and the staff was second to none. Very friendly and accommodating.

Staff goes above and beyond, especially Kimberly who made my day every time I saw he r. We thought the food was delicious, always a wide variety at every meal. We did Sizzle Steakhouse one night Avocado toast was delicious as were the buffalo wings. I paid the surcharge to have the Angus ribeye and was disappointed how fatty it was but it was cooked perfection and I enjoyed it. Beach is small but the staff is helpful to move them where you want and plant umbrellas for you. Pool did not have enough chairs for guests and it was about impossible to find one that wasn't saved even though you wouldn't see people using it for hours. The rooms were surprisingly tiny and not sure who designed the lighting in there but you can't turn the lights on in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom without Illuminating the entire room. Also probably the biggest complaint would be how hot the room was and you couldn't adjust the air conditioning it was uncomfortably warm in there to sleep. Small resort, quaint, worth the money since we found it very affordable .. just could use updating.

The Staff were some of the nicest people we have ever met. Food exceeded our expectations and we loved the chilled atmosphere. Definitely a redo in the future.

The place and the people here are amazing. Very nice quality food and all inclusive means all inclusive. There are 2 restaurants as well as the buffet and all are excellent. If there is a downside its the immediate beach is swamped with seaweed but you can walk 5 -10 mins to pebble beach which is amazing and has very little seaweed and beauticul blus waters

Property was very clean. They had a lot of various size plants on property to help cool the area ! Had a lot of flowering trees and bushes! Staff was helpful courteous, friendly , remember your name ! They lined excellent taxi drivers! Help line up excursions! They had live entertainment every night. The food was excellent in buffet and the sizzle steakhouse! The beach area nice and clean ! Location was good for walking to the boardwalk, pebble beach and Carlyle bay! My wife and I would Highly recommended this hotel. Location facilities were excellent but the prized gem is the Staff !

The property at Sugar Bay was very nice except for the beach. This was out of their control but there was so much seaweed you could not swim or sit st the beach because of the smell. The food was excellent, so many types of meat that were delicious. So plentiful and the staff was the absolute best.A big shout out to Ramaria & Nicholas for thejir helpfullness and friendliness.The pool was cleaned each day and towels provided. Entertainment nightly. Drrinks were excellent, there was no skimping on the alcohol. Our room was on the bottom floor but we were very satisfied. Not huge rooms but nice.

Very nice property nice beach front! Walking distance to the Garrison! They have two nice pools . Staff is very friendly and helpful! They have a lot flowering trees and bushes ! Various sizes of trees that creates a nice atmosphere. They have entertainment every night! The performers are very talented!

9 out of 10. Buffet was delicious and they switched it up every meal so no duplicate options. Resort is beautiful. The workers are phenomenal. The only downfall was that they close these doors at night bc they must not want you down on the beach after hours. Please explore the area. Theres multiple beautiful beaches that you can walk to. Plus a few areas with multiple bars and food trucks. Check out St. Lawrence Gap!! We would def come back!!
