Pleasant stay, close location. Will stay again. Parking is good for medium size suv though getting in and out of parking garage is abit tight but manageable. Very good security in parking and walk in entrance to reception which can only be accessed by guests.

Love are stay at this apartment. We were very well welcome and had easy access to their private secure parking lot just under the building for 20 euros. It is close to everything. Lots of restaurant around the hotel even offers free coffee 24/7. Apartment was well equipped with all the amenities . The only thing I can add is it’s starting to show its age a bit, but not a big deal for us.

Great location in Brussels. Right on Metro line. Super food shop Farm 100m away. Kitchen in rooms gives great flexibility for eating.

Noise level was off the charts within the property, sounded like construction was go on and/or residents above room were out of control. Notified front desk on 3 occasions, didn’t seem to know what was causing the noise. Fire alarm went off 20:00 one night, had to contact front desk to find out what was going on, no notification from front desk what so ever. Cleaned room 1 time only because stay was 9 days.

Love are stay at this apartment. We were very well welcome and had easy access to their private secure parking lot just under the building for 20 euros. It is close to everything. Lots of restaurant around the hotel even offers free coffee 24/7. Apartment was well equipped with all the amenities . The only thing I can add is it’s starting to show its age a bit, but not a big deal for us.

The bathroom could do with updating, and the toilet was dusty so hadn't been cleaned properly, apart from that lovely! Very spacious, plenty of room for for clothes etc...stayed for 2 nights felt breakfast was expensive for what was there but loved the breakfast area for eating, very chilled

Pleasant staff. Fairly clean rooms however they are very dated and the photos displayed must be from years ago. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and nor breathable - we did not sleep well.

The location is excellent, close to bars and restaurants and just 10 min walking from the main plain. The room needed maintenance. The shower was dirty, in general the carpet was not very clean. They don't have AC and was really hot day over 29C. The staff was fine.

The check in was horrible. We waited for 2 hrs at the lobby and the 2 receptionists were busy chatting and didn’t come and inform us that our room was ready. We asked them twice if the room was ready and they said it’s not 3pm yet while they checked in other people. We stayed on the 3rd floor, the lobby smelled like sewage and rooms didn’t have air condition.

Comfortable room with kitchen facilities. Bed comfortable, nice toiletries provided plus plenty of towels. Good storage spaces. Very clean. Everything you could need in a kitchen(except a tea-towel for drying dishes). No air-con but a fan was provided

pros: steps away from metro station - with easy access to bruxelles central station/atomium etc. Surrounding area with numerous good restaurants/variety. Lively square out front/old fish market. Easy walk to main tourists sites.
cons: stayed for 7 nights - they only provided 1 day of cleaning (and you had to place a sign on your door that says you want it, or else) They said it was their policy. Ridiculous - was never mentioned in Hotels.com website. NO airconditioning. It was so hot; window can open - but the surrounding sounds echoed through, esp with the busy square out front. Many folks there in the wee hours, esp on friday/sat/sun.
