We found it absolutely excellent. The room fitted out for disability was really great, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Basically one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in!

As others have stated the space is quite tight, but it's all that is needed, so wasn't too much of a bother us. We were barely there anyway.
The bathroom light coming on automatically was a bit annoying, but again, we could live with it.
The place was clean, breakfast (additional cost) is an all you can eat continental buffet...so, plenty there, and all fresh.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
The location is fantastic. Just on the edge of the main road into Brugge, so it's very easy to get to, and a big multi-storey parking garage right next door costing 7 euros for 24 hours. We parked the car and forgot about it for 2 days.
And then just a 15 minute walk and you're right in the centre of Brugge!

Short stay the room was ok but dated. The entrance to the hotel is quite hard to find across from station and up two sets of unlabelled stairs the last is just prior to

The shower is IN THE ROOM.
Nowhere on any booking site or the website does it tell you that. The toilet door also has no lock. Check in receptionist was miserable. Air conditioning didn’t work and opening the window means hearing the trains all night.

The hotel is an excellent value pick. The staff are friendly and willing to try and help guests with advice.
The area around the hotel is a train station, and both noisy and filthy, even in the off season. New arrivals from the train station will also easily miss the hotel, as it is hidden behind other buildings and lacks much in the way of signage.
Once you know where it is this problem disappears

Cheap handy hotel , but not a place to be impressed. Pillows uncomfy , shower in the bedroom and tv remote didn’t work. Location was good .

The place is near the Brugge train station. I don't think they clean the up level bed because there is dirty tissue on the bed. The front staff she is too rude. She hide in the room behind the counter and blame that I didn't call her out. The front desk young man he is nice.
