Hotel is in a great location. The staff is super friendly. And the room was very comfortable. They have a wellness area which we used because we arrived early. And also had a late flight leaving. They stored our luggage and we were able to freshen up.

Excellent service. Location is close to all the major landmarks. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are clean and very well decorated. Restaurant and bar is excellent. Food is tasty and drinks are good.

The property is nice enough but the room was very hot. Had to call desk at 3am and they brought us a fan. The guy said if cold outside the air conditioner does not cool the room. The fan was OK but lack of sleep from having to deal with poor cooling was bad experience.

The Dominican hotel was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the location was perfect, only a 5 minute walk to Grand Place. The quilts were a bit too warm for the rooms, but other than that, it was lovely.
