This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 24 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. The park entrance is included in the rate, there is no further payment of the value at check-out. At check-in, guests receive a Hotel Identification Card, which allows the guest to enter and leave the park without paying additional fees. Guests coming by car or taxi must park at the entrance to the National Park; vehicles are not allowed in the park. The hotel provides transfer every 20 minutes between the main park gate and the hotel.
