Terrible hotel and experience. Walls are paper thin, you can hear noises from all rooms around you. No open windows. Dirty towels.

Mercure chain hotels maintain the same standard that customers are already used to. However, in this unit, breakfast was annoyingly substandard: I had to wait for more than 5 minutes to bring cups, there were no croissants and the bacon was impossible to eat so burned.
Minor flaws that a good manager should avoid.

Quite a good hotel, very good value for money. I've slept in softer beds, though, and it's strange to find no plug in the basin in a hotel of this standard. Reasonable breakfast, very helpful staff throughout. Parking is valet parking with no self-parking option, but OK for 12 Reals.

Enjoyed this hotel. Bed/pillows, which is important for us was very comfortable. The air conditioning didn't work and a light was out in the bathroom so after waiting 6 hours to come and fix it, they finally moved us to another room. After that it was great. It would be better if breakfast was included with the room, but the buffet which was good cost approx. $12 per person per day.
