A really nice boutique style hotel in wonderful Paraty. Terrific central location a short walk down the famous cobbled streets to the centre square.
Hotel room was a decent size, nice bedding, comfortable mattress but the A/C did not work very well, we moved rooms and found the A/C just as poor. The units required gas to make them cold.
Pool area with bar and restaurant were fantastic and much needed as it was very very hot. Food was nice too, had lunch here one of the days.
Breakfast was ok, a bit average but the coffee poor, I ordered a “machine coffee” with breakfast and was charged, one of my pet hates in a hotel of this calibre. Nice coffee should not be a chargeable item with breakfast!
Staff were really friendly and helpful with many English speakers.
Would recommend and would definitely return.

Everything was good except that we really couldn't access Wifi in our room(206).
Also, throughout the night we could hear water pipes running water. Because of its central location, there was too much noise from the streets below. A woman shrieked so loud around 3am that anyone might have thought she was being attacked . Wouldn't pay so much for a sleepless night, and very poor service at the bar in the evening.

Very charming hotel and the staff was quite helpful. Room was large and very comfortable. Beautiful pool and courtyard. It was very nice to have water near the front desk for guests to enjoy throughout the day. The breakfast was nice with many choices. We would stay here again.

Located on the edge of historic center of Paraty. The hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful. When we weren't happy with our first room, they changed it without hesitation
