Fiquei hospedada por mais de 15 dias e considero que este hotel teve o melhor custo-benefício, além de ser bem localizado, próximo ao local onde participei de um curso. O café da manhã é bom, mas por ter ficado tantos dias, senti falta de mais variedades, já que todos os dias eram oferecidos os mesmos itens (e senti falta de opções, como o cuscuz). Em relação à limpeza, a equipe foi atenciosa: todos os dias recolhiam os lixos e deixavam toalhas limpas, apenas senti dificuldade em reutilizá-las por mais de duas vezes. No geral, a experiência foi positiva, mas acredito que pequenas melhorias fariam bastante diferença.

A hospedagem foi Ok. O prédio estava em reforma. Os quartos nao estavam 100%. Diria que estavam 60%. Necessitam de ajustes. Mas o café da manhã foi otimo e as pessoas da recepção e demais funcionários foram ótimos também.

Our flight was cancelled and we had to travel to Belem with a complicated itinerary, arriving the day after our booked stay. We sent a message to the hotel about our late arrival, we tried calling the hotel, but unfortunately no one answered the phone and later we found out that the staff only spoke Portuguese. After our arrival, staff refused to accommodate us even though they had rooms available, they were unfriendly and unpleasant. Never again.

O hotel até q é bom mas no quesito limpeza deixa a desejar. As toalhas são muito velhas e nem sempre a moça da limpeza tinha toalhas limpas pra trocar e eu ficava tipo dois dias com a toalha molhada no quarto. Outra coisa importante é que não tem restaurante no hotel e pra quem chega cansado do seu compromisso, não ter um lugar pra comer é dose! Tive de ir no restaurante do Ibis q fica logo em frente. Não sei se volto nesse hotel.

Hotel bem básico, precisa de muitas reformas. Quartos não são muito confortáveis e seria bom uma repaginada na decoração e paisagismo (inexistente). O café da manhã é o ponto alto, bem variado. Só fico quando estou a trabalho e vou passar 1-2 dias na cidade. Para viagem de lazer, com família, não indico.

Me foi dado um quarto horrível, sujo, banheiro para PNE, porém com luminária tipo Jabuti na cabeceira da cama, cama hiper gasta, que afundava, quarto fedorento e com mofo.Solicitei a troca de quarto, me foi dito que não era possível. Havia feito uma reserva com bastante antecedência e não havia condições de ficar. Tive que sair e procurar outro hotel.
