Hotel excelente. Atendimento muito bom. Comida muito boa. Estrutura excelente. Pontos a melhorar são as roupas de cama que não achamos confortáveis e a cama. Além disso, caso deseje comer tapioca no café da manhã o tempo de espera é de 40 min mais ou menos, oque acaba atrasando o café de todos. Fora isso super recomendo!

Todo perfecto, la comida un 10!, unico problema es que los brasileros tienen la costumbre de ocupar las reposeras todo el dia a las 7 de la mañana dejando una toalla y despues se van, como consejo estaria bueno implementar algun sistema para que eso no pase

Wonderful experience! That’s a little lice of haven on earth . Will definitely be back again with my family . Excellent for kids . I simply loved being there for the week . We have traveled the world , but this was sure one of the best memorable trip for us . Thank you VIVA!

Very good hotel, with great swimming pools and common areas. The beach lounge is very pleasant. The staff is very attentive. As suggestions I'd say that the quality of the beds in the standard room could be better (very small) and some adjustments to the buffet could bring more quality to the service, such as increasing the variety of salad options and the meat served at the grill station (I never managed to receive medium-rare meat, despite making it clear how I preferred)

Tudo ótimo, atendentes super atenciosos, estádia maravilhosa; Apenas gostaria de deixar claro, que o quarto para 5 pessoas que comprei como 2 camas queen e uma solteiro, não existe. Gostaria que por gentileza fosse informado o correto na hora da compra.

The food at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I enjoyed every meal, and the dining experience was top-notch. The culinary team truly knows their craft. The hotel itself is set in a beautiful location, providing stunning views and a serene atmosphere. It's an ideal place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway. However, there were a few aspects that I believe the hotel could improve upon. Firstly, it was disappointing to find out that the coffee during lunch was not covered by the meal. It would have been nice to have this information mentioned beforehand. Another issue I encountered was with the pool towels. It was incredibly difficult to obtain them, which was inconvenient. Streamlining the process for guests to access pool towels would greatly enhance the overall experience. Lastly, I experienced some unexpected charges on my room bill. Despite not consuming certain items, I was still billed for them. I recommend the hotel to review their charging system to ensure accuracy and fairness. In conclusion, despite these shortcomings, I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff, food, and beautiful location made for a memorable stay.

Maravilhoso, tudo muito limpo , estão de parabéns , só uma crítica construtiva precisam de algo que ajude conter um pouco os pernilongos na área da recepção, são muitos , fora isso super recomendo esse resort

Paridisiacal hotel over the ocean, fantastic gardens full of palm trees with clesr water pools. The room was clean and quiet, nice staff. Lots of activities for kids and live music every night. Would surely repeat!

Amazing resort! Good areas, clean. Nice staff. Food was nice and fair prices. Wi-Fi could be better and the gym area too.

My family and I liked: the facilities, the comfort, the extreme good taste of the decoration, the quality of the food and drinks offered in the Restaurant, the amazing pools, the great location with an incredible beach, the well trained staff We were a bit disappointed by the check-out process (delay in checking the mini-bar consumption), although the check-in was very efficient.

Great place and area. One of the best pools I have seen. Easy access to all the great places in this area of Brazil.
