Spacious, modern, and impeccably clean rooms. Superb staff. A beautiful pool. Massage treatment was excellent. Close to many things you would need, though the neighbourhood is more geared to budget/hostel travellers. The up-market district is a fifteen-minute.

We had an excellent stay at Phka Chan Hotel. The service was always excellent & everyone worked very hard to make sure we were comfortable & well cared for. It was very hot & we appreciated being met immediately & given cold cloths after being out & about. We enjoyed the pool & the breakfasts were very good too.

The Phka Chan Hotel is in a quiet area just off Sok San Road and only a safe 5 minute walk from the Pub Street area. I was upgraded to a suite which was excellent and very roomy. It had a large shower area along with a free standing bath in a very large bathroom. The breakfast choice was varied but even so the Hotel manager asked if there was anything I wanted to be added to the menu to make my stay more pleasurable. I made use of the hotel’s spa and found the authentic Swedish massage refreshing. BUT above the hotel made me feel very comfortable from check in to check out. The hotel manager and all her staff are super friendly and couldn’t do enough for me and all their guests. I would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel.

On top of that their service is absolutely fantastic and we would give them more than 5 stars if possible. The location is very convenient to the town and the amenities modern and clean. Fabulous hotel. Rooms were large and well laid out. Service at the front desk by Kimly and Salin was faultless. Pool was very clean and at a nice temperature. I’m still giving them 5 stars even though the music from adjoining hotel could be heard from the rooms towards the rear. Hopefully they’ll provide high chairs for toddlers in the future too.
