Americana Waterpark Resort and Spa

Rooms were comfortable - my kids loved the bunk beds! It was fun to have the waterpark right on site - made even dreary overcast days fun.

Rooms were really good size and recently renovated. Overall property was in great condition and we really enjoyed the waterpark for the whole day. I will highly recommend!

Good place to spend one night.

I cant put up words to describe how dirty the hotel room that we stayed in. The toilet bowl wasnt cleaned and the floor around the washroom was just so filty! I had to use our own wipes just to clean it. The rooms should be cleaned thoroughly because of the kids being around and touching everything. Waterpark is a waterpark. They should give it some time to clean some areas where its slippery. It was our first time and probably the last time we are going there. The staffs were ok. Other than that its a NO NO

The mattress in the hotel room was extremely uneven — one side was completely sunken in. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on, and I woke up with severe back pain the next morning. I even had to get a massage as soon as I got home to relieve the discomfort. Very disappointed with the quality of the bed.

Asked for quiet room or away from elevator. She said they were fully booked and put us literally in the main corridor to the pool, hard to believe the massive line up of 20 people behind me will all be put in the corridor? Second time where check in is a mess. Be prepared to always wait 30 minutes to check in. Parking is $28 Walls are paper thin and kids screaming down the hallway past midnight and can hear all thumping from room above us. Hot water is nice and hot and room can heat up very warm - pros Unless you want to sit in for breakfast at the restaurant no other options but you can drive to Starbucks or Tim Hortons

Wouldn’t stay here again. Very dated and smells terrible. Our room had mold on the windows and in the bathroom. Bathroom also had ants when we arrived. . The rooms are not noise canceling so you hear everything.. VER LOUD esp late at night. The only good thing about the rooms were they bunk beds for kids.

1 thing we didn't like was, housekeeping came to our room twice and opened our room thinking that we have checked out already but we haven't yet as it was only 9am and still waiting for the waterpark to open. Other than that our stay was great

Their food options were grossly over priced for the quality of food served. Even for the region with not a lot of other choices with out driving

Unfortunately there was a dance competition that was happening the weekend that we were arriving. The only thing that was unfortunate about this situation is that we were treated like crap because we weren't a part of the dance competition so any of our needs and wants did not matter. We asked upon check in for a room with a balcony whether it be in the first or the second floor even a walk out. We were told that nope everyone tomorrow and the day after are coming for the dance competition and they don't want to move anything around because the dance competition people have priority. What made me even more upset was the person behind us a part of the dance competition ask for the same request and the staff went above and beyond for them clearly knowing that I had asked first. I'm not sure if it was the particular staff member I was speaking with, but how could you tell one guess that they're not important because they're not part of the event happening? I used to come here a lot when my first child was small I respected the property I respected the staff and I respected the area. But boy oh boy I guess you must be a part of something big in order to get respect around there. Paying $25 a night for parking if you are in the main attraction area is ok however being in the middle of nowhere and still making your guests pay that much is ridiculous. We should have taken the fallsview deal it would have been cheaper and the water park is much larger & free parking

It’s always amazing. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It was our little dudes birthday and they made it unforgettable!

Great place to stay with the family! Very clean and near the everything you could need

Kids had a lot of fun. Room wasn’t very clean. Crumbs on the carpet, hair in bath tub and toilets filthy. Cleaners should use toilet bowl cleaners and Clorox and scrub brush, they were black inside and the rim. When we sat in tub we noticed how filthy the toilet was. Front reception lady we checked in with was very nice and friendly. Always nice to have friendly people smile and acknowledge you. We’ve been visiting Americana for so many years now. Thank you for the fun time! :-)
